Otis Cassie Linville II

1970—2023

Otis Cassie Linville II, 53, of Kermit, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, at his home.

Born Nov. 6, 1970, in Ashland, Kentucky, he was the son of Phyllis Linville and the late Otis Cassie Linville.

Otis is survived by his wife, Tonya Duncan Linville; his mother, Phyllis Linville; three children, Briana (Dustin) Hurley of Stepptown, Amber Grace Linville of Beckley, and Matthew Otis Linville, also of Stepptown; and one granddaughter, Gracie Mae Hurley. He is also survived by one sister, Alichia Marsico of Stepptown.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023, at the East Kermit Church of God, with Darrel Stepp and Bobby Perry officiating. Burial will follow at the Stepp Cemetery. Friends may visit the church Wednesday after 6 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
