Addiction Recovery Care announced the addition of Adam Rucker as director of ARC Healthcare and Administration.
In his role, Rucker will serve as a senior advisor to Matt Brown, chief administration officer of ARC and president of ARC Healthcare, playing a vital role in shaping the organization’s operations and future.
In addition, he will coordinate among internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization’s mission and goals are met.
“I am beyond excited and grateful for this opportunity to come aboard ARC,” Rucker said. “I truly believe God has placed me here and hope in some small way that through ARC, I can contribute to this organization and help uplift others.”
Rucker brings 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. In his most recent role, Rucker served as social services director and assistant administrator of Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation.
ARC noted that Rucker will be instrumental as the organization grows in Kentucky and beyond.
“Adam’s healthcare experience, commitment to excellence, and heart for people make him a great addition to our team and mission,” said Brown.
