Phillip Horn (change of plea) — 1. Possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); 2. Possession of marijuana: 1. Pleaded guilty, 12 months; 2. Forty-five days, probation unsupervised 24 months, defendant must complete 180 days of substance abuse treatment, level of treatment to be determined by ARC.

Deanna Wiley (change of plea) — 1. Possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); 2. Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, first offense; 3. No/expired registration plates; 4. Failure to produce insurance card: 1. Three years; 2. Two days, ADE, fine, costs, loss of license, sentences to run concurrently, diversion supervised two years, defendant must complete any substance abuse treatment course recommended by DPP; 3-4.
