Christi Elaine (Collins) Mills
1981—2023

Christi Elaine Mills, age 42, of Inez, passed away at her residence.

She was born Feb. 10, 1981, in Columbus, Ohio, to Patricia Riley of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Eric Collins.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Carl Douglas Mills of Inez; two sons, Shawn Mills of Inez and Michael Mills of Hode; one stepson, James Mills of Ashland; one daughter, Sylvia Mills of Warfield; four stepdaughters Mary Litton and Brittany Wells, both of Inez, Hayley Howard of Pilgrim and Alexia Mills of Prestonsburg; one brother, Eric Collins Jr. of Ohio; one sister, Mandy Osborne of Columbus, Ohio; and her father-in-law with whom she was really close, Cecil Mills of Flemingsburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren, River Fields, Makinley Fields, Eli Litton, Raylynn Litton, Arabella Barwick and Corinne Mills.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced as they become available. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to assist with funeral costs. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
