Geneva Lila (Dalton) Maynard

1951—2023

Geneva Lila Maynard, age 71, of Louisa, passed away July 11, 2023, at her residence.

Born Nov. 5, 1951, in Louisa, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Polly Dalton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one grandson.

She is survived by two sons, Claude Allen Mills and Elmer Mitchell Mills of Martin County; two daughters, Tonya Marie Moore and Geraldine Endicott of Louisa; her partner, George “Gator” Hounshell; and several brothers and sisters. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday, July 14, 2023, at Crum Funeral Home in Inez.
