Pamela Lynn Cassady

1954—2023

Pamela Lynn Cassady, 68, of Ashland, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023, at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Born Sept. 2, 1954, in Ashland, she was the daughter of the late Hurldon and Opal Brewer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Cassady; one son, Michael Cassady; and four sisters, Jean Bradshaw, Carrie Stambaugh, Shirley Scott and Teresa Brewer. 

Pamela is survived by her children Wayne (Stephanie) Cassady, Seth (Jennifer Rowsey) Cassady and Wade Cassady, all of Ashland; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Mazie Evans, Opal Dixon, Patty Clark and Linda Martin, all of Ashland, and Janet Harris of Worthington. 

Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Bethel United Baptist Church in Inez, with Morgan Kirk officiating. Burial was at the Cassady-Smith Cemetery, under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
