Hollie Ervin Crisp

1953—2023

Hollie Ervin Crisp, 70, of Thelma, passed away June 29, 2023, at his residence.

He was born Jan. 29, 1953, in Ravenna, Ohio, to the late Hollie and Dorothy Crisp. In addition to his parents, his sister, Barbara Faye Crisp, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Frankie Chapman Crisp; son Hollie Ervin Crisp II of Grayson; granddaughters Ava and Addy Crisp; three brothers, Marvin (Betty) Crisp of Georgia, Paul (Charlene) Crisp of Ohio and Claude (Janet) Crisp of North Carolina; and four sisters, Bernice (Ron, dec.) Wright of Colorado, Olive (Steve) Dortch of Tennessee, Emma (Jim) Echols of North Carolina and Rita (John) Osborne of Florida.

Services will be conducted Friday, July 7, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Roy Penix officiating. Burial to follow at Delong Cemetery. Friends and family may visit the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
