Linda Lou (Marcum) Blevins

1953—2023

Linda Lou Blevins, age 69, of Pilgrim, passed away June 17, 2023, at Pikeville Medical Center.

Born Nov. 7, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Harold Marcum and Coreena (Rene) Robertson Marcum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Blevins of Beauty.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, George Blevins of Pilgrim; two sons, Timothy (Natosha Stacy) Blevins and Benjamin (Latosha Jude) Blevins; one daughter, Kimmie (Virgil) Jude; six grandkids, Nicholas Jude, of Clinton, Tennessee, and Gabrielle Jude, Kailey Jude, Laken Blevins, Payton Blevins and Owen Blevins, all of Pilgrim. She is also survived by her sister, Connie (Bill) Thomas, brother-in-law, Johnny Blevins and several nieces and nephews.

Linda was a loving mother, wife and grandmother. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed life and loved going riding on the side-by-side.

A graveside service was conducted Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the Jude and Howell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
