Amanda Leigh Preece

1982—2023

Amanda Leigh Preece, 41, of Ft. Gay, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 4, 2023, in Breeden.

She was born Jan. 3, 1982, in Overland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Sonny and Sue Preece, the youngest of three sisters.

Amanda was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Mason (Shelby) Preece of Kermit, with a grandchild on the way. Amanda is also survived by two sisters, Tracie Preece of Ft. Gay and Crystal (Mike) Haney of Dunlow; one niece, Sami (Brandon) Johnson of Kermit; one nephew, Tyler Howell of Dunlow; her special great-nieces, Sonnie, MiKaylee, Natalyn; great-nephew, Branson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She loved life and lived it her way. She was a funny, kind and loving person. She is one but not forgotten.

Private service will be held at a later date. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
