Martin County athletes Bella Muncy and Evan Crum are the Mountain Citizen Players of the Week. 

Muncy (#10) plays outfielder for the Lady Cardinals softball team. The freshman currently leads the Lady Cardinals with a .479 batting average. She also leads the Lady Cards in runs scored with 16 and stolen bases with 13.

In four games this week, Muncy pounded the ball 8-for-11 at the plate.

She is the daughter of Adam and Andrea Muncy.

Crum (#8) plays baseball for the Cardinals. The senior pitches and plays the outfield.

In two games last week, Crum went 4-for-7 at the plate. He is currently tied for second in team batting average with .397 and leads the team in runs scored with 24.

He is the son of Michael and Sonia Crum.
