MARTIN COUNTY — Route 40 at mile point 2.0 near Stafford Fork will be closed Saturday from 8 a.m. to around 3 p.m. for cross drain replacement.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises that motorists will be able to access the work zone on either side but will not be able to cross.

Motorists, including emergency vehicles, will need to use an alternate route during this time.
