INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s office reported the following arrests:
Robert Moore, 35, of Debord, was arrested Tuesday on Main Street in Inez on a complaint warrant charging him with unauthorized use of motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. Chief Deputy Chris Kidd made the arrest.
Ricky Goble, 59, of Prestonburg, was arrested Tuesday for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Kidd made the arrest.
Megan Neidlinger, 27, of Tomahawk, was arrested Tuesday on two bench warrants for court. Kidd made the arrest.
Shannon Goble, 45, of Inez, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for court. Kidd made the arrest.
Roseanna Jude, 59, of Warfield, was arrested Friday in Warfield on a bench warrant for court. Constable Bradford Preece made the arrest.
Patsy Ramey, 62, of Tomahawk, was arrested Friday for failure to appear in court. KSP Trooper Spencer made the arrest.
Shannon E. Bowen, 39, of Inez, was arrested Friday on two bench warrants for failure to appear.
Richard Nichols Sr., 60, of Beauty, was arrested Thursday in Beauty for menacing and falsely reporting an incident. According to the police report, Nichols called dispatch and advised several men with weapons were in his home and one was holding him down at gunpoint. When police arrived at the scene, Nichols pulled a loaded gun out of his pocket, pointed it toward the officers and dropped it on the porch. Deputy Kidd noted this was the second 911 call of the day that was unfounded.
Eric S. Bowen, 45, of Tomahawk, was arrested April 12 for operating a motor vehicle under influence of controlled substance and failure to wear seat belts.
Tommy Messer, 43, of Inez, was arrested April 12 in Inez on a bench warrant. Kidd made the arrest.
Jody Pruitt, 47, of Pikeville, was arrested April 11 in the courthouse in Inez for public intoxication. The police report states Pruitt was in court falling asleep, slurring his words and talking incoherently. According to Deputy Kidd, when officers asked Pruitt to perform a field sobriety test, Pruitt stated he took his Xanax and Suboxone and was going to wait several hours before driving due to his level of intoxication.
Lonnie Joe Robinson, 43, of Pilgrim, was arrested April 10 on Tomahawk Road in Tomahawk for third-degree criminal trespassing. The police report states Robinson was on his daughter’s property after being told several times by her and her husband not to be there, that he was not welcome. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.
