Donald G. Fields
1949—2023

Donald G. Fields, 73, of Berry, Kentucky, formerly of Martin County, passed away Friday, April 7, 2023, at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana.

Born July 11, 1949, in Maher, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Ernest and Opal McCoy Fields. In addition to parents he is preceded in death by one daughter, Angela Fields Evans and his siblings, Ray Fields, Avon Fields, T.J. Fields, Leslie Fields, Archie Fields and Helen Howard.

Donald is survived by his children, Kevin (Brenda) Fields of Berry and Denise (Elden) Bowen of Davella, eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Earnestine (Randall) Scalf of Galloway, Ohio, Joyce Ann (Eddie) Lockwood of Warfield and Walker (Becky) Fields of Pilgrim, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez. Burial will follow at the Fields Cemetery in Tomahawk under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home.
