Sandra Kaye (Watts) Smith

1967—2023

Sandra Kaye Smith, age 55, passed away March 23, 2023 at her residence.

Born May 12, 1967 in Louisa, she was the daughter of the late Thornton Jackson Watts and Ethel Faye Endicott Watts. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Thornton Jackson Watts Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Smith, her stepdaughter, Suzanne Smith of Pinellas Park, Fla., and two sisters, Samantha (Jamie) Dindal of Inez and Jackie (Kevin) McCarty of Prestonsburg. She is also survived by her nieces, Nikki Lowe and Emily James, two special nephews, Jamie and Noah, and a special niece, Taylor.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, March 25, 2023 at The Way Church in Prestonsburg with Charles Neeley officiating. Burial was at Gethsemane Gardens. Arrangements were under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
