Matthew Rose (arraignment) — Rear license not illuminated; inadequate silencer (muffler); failure to produce insurance card; operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license: Failure to appear.

Joshua Scott (arraignment) — Possession of controlled substance, second degree (drug unspecified); drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: Pleaded guilty, 90 days to serve concurrent, credit time served 90 days.
