James Arthur Horn

1943—2023

James Arthur Horn, 79, of Inez, Kentucky, passed away at his home Friday, March 3, 2023.

Born July 8, 1943 in Floyd County, he was the son of the late Arthur and Monica Horn. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Homer Horn and sister, Rena Smith. 

James is survived by his loving wife, Charlene Horn; children, Jenee Horn and Kayla (Thad) Jude; and six grandchildren, Dylan Presley, Gracie Presley, Caige Presley, Haidyn Jude, Liam Jude and Zayne Jude. 

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez. Burial was at the Horn Cemetery under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home.
