Derrick Lee Mollett

Derrick Lee Mollett, age 40, of Louisa, Kentucky, passed away March 1, 2023.

Born Jan. 22, 1983 in Louisa, he was the son of Oakley (Donna) Mollett of Fort Gay, West Virginia, and Rita Setser (Rick) Napier of Valparaiso, Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Heather Kay Salmons Mollett; one son, Derrick Lee Mollett Jr. of Louisa; three daughters, Jasmine Mollett of Warfield, Madison Mollett of Paintsville and Kaytlin Mollett of Louisa; one stepdaughter, Hailey Preston of Dry Ridge; one brother, Michael Allen (Saranda) Mollett of Bourbon County; and one sister, Crystal Rhodimer of Lexington. Several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly also survive him.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, March 4, 2023 in the Crum Funeral Home chapel with Clyde Adams officiating. Burial was at the Mollett Family Cemetery under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
