Dylan Skaggs

Dylan Skaggs, 6-week-old son of Jonah Skaggs of Pikeville and Mary Trout Skaggs of Lowmansville was escorted by the angels into the arms of Jesus on Feb. 21, 2023, at the Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.
He entered this world Jan. 7, 2023, at Highlands ARH. Even though he was not here long, he made an impact on his family with his eyes and smile and now is smiling in the eyes of the King of Kings.
Dylan is survived by his parents and grandparents, Joseph Skaggs, Katherine Mohn, Bobby Trout, Polly and Freelin Hickman, and his sisters, Allison and Emma Skaggs, both of Kentucky. He also leaves behind a host of uncles, aunts and extended family. Jesus said, “Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for such is the kingdom of God.”
Homegoing services were conducted Monday, Feb. 27, 2023, at Mullins Funeral Home, with Clyde Muncy and Joe Mullins officiating. Burial was at the Messer-Fields Cemetery in Stonecoal, West Virginia. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
