INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

Billie Music, 46, of Warfield, was arrested Monday at Dempsey Housing in Warfield for criminal trespassing, third. Chief Deputy Chris Kidd was called to apartment 4A for an EPO violation. During the investigation, the housing manager confirmed Music was barred from the property.

Blaine Sartin, 33, of Warfield, was arrested Monday at Dempsey Housing in Warfield for violation of a Kentucky EPO. Deputy Kidd was called to apartment 4A for Sartin violating an active EPO. He found Sartin with Billie Music, who had an active EPO on him.

Jeffery Preece, 47, of Warfield, was arrested Feb. 15 at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center on a bench warrant for court. Deputy Billy Patrick served the warrant.
