CITIZEN STAFF REPORT
INEZ — The Martin County Board of Education recognized a room full of star students during the monthly meeting Monday at the central office.
Schools Superintendent Larry James presented certificates to Eden and Warfield elementary students who performed at a distinguished level on the 2022 Kentucky Summative Assessment.
“Thank you all for coming,” James said. “Please come more; come every month.”
Eden Elementary School students recognized include:
Carter Lowe, Olivia Maynard and Dezmond Mills – Third Grade Reading.
Jett Blair, Liam Ferrell, Emma Fletcher, Ryder Little, Kennedy Mills, Braxten Pack and Luck Preece – Fourth Grade Reading.
Kennedy Mills – Fourth Grade Math.
Jett Blair, Grayson Mollette and Braxton Pack – Fourth Grade Science.
Robbie Daniel, James Fannin, McKinley Fitch and Christal Hinkle – Fifth Grade Reading.
Jonathan Delong – Fifth Grade Math.
