INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s office reported the following arrests.

Curt Spence, 34, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for court. Deputy Chris Kidd made the arrest.

Ronnie Mills, 49, of Inez, was arrested Monday for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

Julian Alex Preece, 23, of Inez, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant for court.

Dakota Bryant, 30, of Kermit, W.Va., was arrested Sunday for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, menacing and resisting arrest. Deputy J.C. Kirk made the arrest.

Emily M. Bernarbe, 28, of Ashland, was arrested Friday in Inez on bench warrants for Boyd District Court. Deputy David Adams made the arrest.

Donald Harris, 41, of Louisa, was arrested Thursday in Inez on a warrant for court. Deputy Kidd made the arrest.

Scott V. Marion, 27, of Bimble, was arrested Dec. 6 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance. Deputy Kidd pulled Marion over for swerving on Backlog Road. The deputy reported Marion had slurred speech and appeared under the influence.
