INEZ — Christmas in the Mountains earned a lot of new friends and supporters last week. Thousands of folks visiting downtown Inez were treated to a vast assortment of attractions and activities.

Organizer Linda Lou Webb expressed her group’s appreciation of attendees and everyone who contributed to the festival in any way.

“To say we are blessed as a community is an understatement,” Webb said

Dozens of people, businesses and organizations were responsible for making the event a success.

“We have had a wonderful team this year that fit together like a glove, all God sent,” said Webb. “It definitely takes a village to bring some joy to an entire community and region.”

Planning for next year’s festival starts in March.

“Let us know if you have the time to commit to a most wonderful event at a most wonderful time of the year,” added Webb.
