Dallas Slone

1955-2022

Dallas Slone, age 67, of Inez, passed away Nov. 16, 2022 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa.

He was born May 3, 1955, in Louisa to the late Shirley Slone and Beatrice Goble Evans. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Paul Evans; one son, Arthur Paul Slone; two brothers, Donald (Rhonda) Slone and Danny Slone; and one sister, Paula Evans (Teddy) Seagraves.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Slone; one son, Derrick M. Slone of Inez; two brothers, Dwight Slone of Inez and William Ippy (Beth) Slone of Paintsville; and two sisters, Sarah Deniese (Ronnie) King of Inez and Micki Evans (Eddie) Sosby of Paris. A host of nieces and nephews also survive him.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022 in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Greg Crum officiating. Burial was at the Riverview Memorial Garden, under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
