INEZ —  The Inez location of Cash Express is proud to sponsor a coat, toy and nonperishable food drive for those who need a helping hand this Christmas season.

Gary McNabb, regional manager for the Cash Express locations in Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama, speaks of the community-minded employees with the business’s multiple locations. He feels it’s important to give back to the public.

“In this time of economic stress and uncertainty, many people need help,” remarked McNabb. “For the 17th consecutive year, Cash Express locations are collecting donations of toys, canned and nonperishable food items and gently used coats for children and adults.”

Anyone who knows a family in need can contact the Inez Cash Express at 6127 KY-645, Inez, by calling 606-298-5995 and provide the family’s information, including coat sizes, the number of people in the household, address and contact number.

All donations must be dropped by the Cash Express business no later than Dec. 9 to allow time to have coats cleaned before they are distributed.

“Historically, the response from the local communities to this effort has been heartfelt and with open arms,” said McNabb. “The generosity of the communities continues to show what the true meaning of Christmas really is.”
