Victoria (Jude) Carter

1954—2022

Victoria Jude Carter, age 68, of Ulysses, passed away Oct. 2, 2022, in Wurtland.

Born Feb. 15, 1954, in Martin County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Truly Scott Jude. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Jude; two brothers, Jeff Jude and George Jude; and four sisters, Mary Mullett, Nannie Stacy, Easter Jude and Laurie Bell Blackburn.

She is survived by two sons, Brian Carter of Ulysses and Michael Carter of Inez; one daughter, Aleah Miller of Ulysses; and two sisters, Madgie Collins and Ruby Fletcher. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements will follow under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
