Otis Cassie Linville

1936—2022

Otis Cassie Linville, 86, of Kermit, W.Va., passed away at his home Monday, Sept. 19, 2022.

He was born July 12, 1936, to the late Lenhart and Hazel Linville. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by five siblings.

Survivors include Otis’s his loving wife, Phyllis Linville; two children, Otis (Tonya) Linville II and Alichia Marsico, both of Stepptown, W.Va.; grandchildren Ashley (BJ) Endicott, Erica (Steven) Goble, Briana (Dustin) Hurley, Amber Linville and Matthew Linville; and great-grandchildren Corey, Collin and Carmen Endicott. Additional survivors include his sister, Patricia Chapman of Nolan, W.Va., and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, at the East Kermit Church of God in Kermit, W.Va., with Darrell Stepp officiating. Burial was at the Stepp Cemetery in Stepptown, under the direction of Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
