Martin County Arrest Report

INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

James Arin Moore, 52, of Lovely, was arrested Monday on Riverfront Road in Lovely for fleeing or evading police, first degree (motor vehicle) and burglary, second degree.

Tammy Huhn, 43, of Debord, was arrested Sunday in Debord on a bench warrant for Lawrence District Court. Deputy JC Kirk made the arrest.

Matthew Daniels, 31, of Tomahawk, was arrested Saturday for failure to appear and probation violation (for felony offense). KSP Trooper Salyer made the arrest.

Deanna D. Ward, 24, of Inez, was arrested Saturday for second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

Kristen Slone, 26, of Inez, was arrested Saturday in Lawrence County for probation violation (felony offense). Officer Wilburn made the arrest.

Michael Douglas Mills, 24, of Inez, was arrested Saturday in Warfield on two bench warrants out of Martin District Court. Deputy JC Kirk made the arrest.

Shurlin B. McCoy, 48, of Lovely, was arrested Friday on Buck Creek Mountain for a bench warrant out of Martin District Court. Deputy David Adams made the arrest.

Billy Perry, 47, of Warfield, was arrested Friday in Warfield on a bench warrant for court. Deputy Chris Kidd made the arrest.

Robert Meade Jr., 70, of Inez, was arrested Thursday in Inez for failure to appear bench warrant. Deputy Kidd made the arrest.

Lonnie Jude, 45, of Lovely, was arrested Thursday on North Wolf Creek Road for bench warrants and theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $1,000-$10,000. Kidd made the arrest.

Charlene Renay Carter, 31, of Lovely, was arrested Thursday on North Wolf Creek Road for a bench warrant. Kidd made the arrest.

Aaron Black Justice, 28, of Warfield, was arrested Sept. 14 for first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first-degree wanton endangerment and receiving stolen property.

Christopher Garr Maynard, 45, of Pilgrim, was arrested Sept. 13 on North Wolf Creek Road for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Deputy Chris Kidd responded to a report of a man walking on the road with drug paraphernalia and warrants. Kidd encountered Maynard walking near the roadway having trouble keeping his balance. According to the deputy’s report, Maynard kept his hands in his pockets and appeared to be looking for something. The deputy asked if he could pat him down for safety. Maynard complied, allegedly stating he did have a rig and some meth in his pocket. The officer found a clear bag containing a white crystal-like substance in Maynard’s right front pocket.
