KERMIT — This year’s Kermit Fall Festival is set for Oct. 1 at Kermit Park.

The always-favorite event will feature inflatables, a mechanical bull and a rock wall.

The musical lineup has John David Messer performing at 2:30 and Hammer Down Band at 5 p.m.

Vendors (first come, first served) will set up at 10:30 a.m.

The parade is at 11:30 a.m., followed by a pet show at 1 p.m., 3-on-3 basketball tournament at 4 p.m. and cornhole tournament at 5:30 p.m.
