Ervin ‘Bones’ Jude
1976—2022

Ervin Michael “Bones” Jude, 45, of Stonecoal, W.Va., passed away at his home Friday, Aug. 5, 2022.

He was born Nov. 11, 1976, in South Williamson, to Ray and Brenda Jude.

In addition to his parents, Bones is survived by his loving wife, Melanie Jude; two children, Ervin Ray “ER” (Alisha) Jude and Christin Samson; and one granddaughter, Ella Nicole Jude, who was his pride and joy. He is also survived by his grandmother, Grethel Conn; two siblings, Jay “JJ” (Jody) Jude and Grethel “Sissy” (Dewey) Bowen; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, at the Golden Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Kermit, W.Va., with Ken Allen and Billy Messer officiating. Burial was at the family cemetery, under the direction of  Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
