Mack Prince

1935—2022

Mack Prince, 87, of Dunlow, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at his home.

Born Jan. 25, 1935, in West Virginia, he was the son of the late Jesse James and Bethany Woodrow Prince. He is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Causby Jane Prince, who passed away May 20, 2022, and several brothers and sisters.

Mack was a timber worker for Hydraulic Hose Factory in Kermit, W.Va., and a member of God’s Full Gospel Church in Dunlow, W.Va.

He is survived by his son, Jesse Mack (Carol) Prince of Crum, W.Va., daughters, Omethia Jarrell of Dunlow, W.Va., and Tammy Browning of Genoa, W.Va.; eight grandchildren, Causby Jane Muncy II, Angela Stroud, Nicole Napier, Jillian Perry, Morgan Moore, Kinna Ward, Corbin Collins and Colton Collins; and 13 great-grandchildren with one on the way. He is also survived by his two brothers, J.D. Prince of Prichard, W.Va., and Earl Luke Prince of Crum, W.Va., and a sister, Faye Haney of Dunlow, W.Va.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 17, 2022, at Mullins Family Funeral Home, Warfield, with Mark Jarrell officiating. Burial was in the Prince Cemetery in Prichard, W.Va., under the direction of Mullins Family Funeral Home.
