DELBARTON — Chase M. Prater, 27, of Williamson, was arrested Friday by Sgt. N. Mines and Detective R. Fitch for the first-degree murder of Teresa Harmon.
The Mingo County Sheriff’s Department’s arrest warrant says Prater willfully, deliberately and by premeditation shot and killed his aunt Teresa Harmon at her residence near Delbarton.
Harmon was found shot to death in her home at William Ann Camp, which is just outside of Delbarton, on March 31.
