
Security in a courtroom is of utmost importance for the judicial system. To that end, Martin County court security officer Kristopher Lang graduated from basic training Friday from the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Court Security Officer Training.
Course work included Kentucky law, general law enforcement, firearms, defensive tactics such as handcuffing procedures, and other basic skills for self-defense, courtroom security, bomb threats and more.
