Cleaning up massive illegal dump
Magistrate Derrick Stepp stands in front of an illegal dumpsite that the county is cleaning up on Trace Ridge Road. Stepp says the massive trash dump consists of a string of dumps extending over 1-1/2 miles along the road. Judge/Executive Colby Kirk obtained a $69,000 grant from the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet to clean up the trash.
